Payment Policy:
If the Buyer's credit card or debit card is declined, J 4 Jugaad will not process the Buyer’s order. In the event where J 4 Jugaad must commence legal action to enforce any terms of this agreement, the Buyer must agree to pay reasonable legal fees and costs.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
Shipping and delivery policy:
J 4 Jugaad will be shipping your order with a reputed carrier.It takes upto 4-6 business days for shipping to metro's and cities and upto 14 days for rural areas. We will not be responsible for any kind of delays in delivery or loss of the purchase or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier. You will be informed once your order is shipped, through email and text message or you can check your order status in your J 4 Jugaad account at www.j4jugaad.com
Cancellation Policy:
In any case you should require the order you placed to be cancelled, please e-mail us at E-mail : j4jugaad@gmail.com or use our www.j4jugaad.com as early as possible or within a maximum 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellation requests received after the order has been sent to production will be dealt on case by case basis and a refund cannot be promised always.
Return and Refund Policy
For Couriered Products:
In case of returns, the refund will work in the following manner:
a. For broken, damaged or wrong products, you can either ask for a refund to your card, wallet or account which you originally used to make the payment. Or you can ask for an J4Jugaad gift voucher which you can use on J 4 Jugaad website for a period of up to 6 months. In either case, we will process the refund or issue the gift voucher (GV) within 24 hours. The complaint needs to be supported by a picture of the product.
b. For products in good condition, if you want to return them because you didn’t like them, you will be refunded the full amount ONLY in the form of J4Jugaad coupons which will be valid only for a period of up to 1 month.
c. Personalized products are Non-Returnable.
J 4 Jugaad is NOT liable to compensate in any form for any "Couriered" order in the following cases:
-If the complaint is made after 10 days of the delivery date.
-If the products are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
-Unsuccessful delivery due to the recipient not being available at the address provided by the sender at the time of delivery.
-If the recipient refuses to accept the product.
